As they say, Abs are made in the kitchen! The nutritional management program is based upon the performance nutrition methodology and is designed to instill healthy eating habits that will help you look and feel your best. This program includes an initial fitness assessment to determine your basal metabolic rate (BMR) and activity factor/exercise expenditure. You will also be asked to provide a 3-5 day food (total proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fluids, vitamins and minerals) and activity log to better assess your nutritional and activity profile. This important information will be used to chart your personalized 30-day meal plan.
