Working 1-1, in a private space, your trainer will design a training plan based on individual characteristics of your body, motivate you to move regularly, and encourage you to push past your comfort zone.

Virtual training allows you to workout in the comfort of your own space/home, at a time convenient for you.  Regardless of location, your trainer will design and deliver the same level of expertise and effectiveness as in-person training.

ASSISTED STRETCHING

Assisted stretching helps reduce muscle stiffness, ease tension, increase joint range of motion and aids in pain management.

Personalized Workout Plan via MF APP

Customized strength training program with a weekly review of your progress. Adjustments to your program will be made as needed. Nutritional guidance will be provided if requested.
