Why i help women 35+ Train Smarter — not harder

Because I’ve seen what happens when you keep pushing a body that needs a different approach

your body isn’t breaking down — it’s just asking for a different approach

What worked in your 20s and early 30s wasn’t wrong.

It’s just not what your body needs anymore.

More intensity isn’t the answer.

More running isn’t the answer.

More discipline isn’t the answer.

A smarter, more intentional approach is.

One that supports your joints.

Builds real strength.

Respects your recovery.

And actually, fits your life.

My approach is different — on purpose

I created this space for people who want more than a quick fix. People who want to feel strong, capable, and confident in their body again.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck—like your body isn’t moving the way it used to, your energy is low, or you’re not sure where to start. That’s why my coaching is built around a simple process: Reset → Build → Elevate. We begin by helping you move better and feel better, then we build strength and energy, and finally we elevate your performance so you can show up with confidence—inside and outside the gym.

My coaching is grounded in three pillars:
Strength that supports your body, Smart Recovery to keep you injury-free, and Simple, Sustainable Nutrition to fuel real results without extremes.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and guide you forward with a plan that’s realistic, supportive, and designed for long-term change—because you deserve to feel good in your body, not just “get through” workouts.

If you’re ready to train with purpose and feel like yourself again, I’d love to work with you — no burnout, no extremes, no “more is better”.
