As an ISSA-Certified Fitness Trainer, I want to help you rock your body naturally and freely at any age by safely increasing the frequency, intensity, and duration of your workouts. I have a solid understanding of program design, strength & flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning as a fitness professional. I can give you the inspiration and training know-how you need to achieve your fitness objectives.

My holistic approach to fitness is what most distinguishes me from my peers because we are all a part of interconnected systems, and how those systems interact with one another affects us in different ways on a physical, emotional, and intellectual level. I view my clients' bodies through the same lens, and we collaborate to overcome any obstacles standing in the way of them reaching their fitness goals, whether they be related to an injury, their jobs, their diets, their fears, etc. "Safety first" is another idea that continues to guide my approach to fitness. Before beginning any difficult or advanced exercises, it's critical to evaluate the stability and mobility of my clients. It is crucial to make sure they can safely perform specific exercises for their long-term enjoyment and development of their fitness, but most importantly for injury prevention.

My background in fitness has an impact on the way I interact with my clients and provide services. I am an avid runner, and I use this passion and knowledge to guide how I approach personal training. My training strategy incorporates fundamental running mechanics that are transferable across many athletic disciplines because running is a component of every sport or uses similar muscle groups. All programs are tailored to fit each client's unique fitness profile, even though running-related drills and activities are reflective of my training approach. To fully master endurance, power, speed, and agility, one must have a thorough understanding of how their body moves through different planes of motion. My objective is to enable my clients to fully realize the potential of their bodies. My passion for fitness is fueled by inspiring and empowering my fitness novices to achieve goals they previously thought were unachievable. I do this via online or in-person instruction.
